Commenting as an individual

Thanks a lot for this excellent work of publication
This draft gave a general comment on the effective dose and other units. I''ve read the draft and consider it is very important especially in some aspects of use of equivalent dose.
The Commission considers that the use of equivalent dose to set limits on tissue doses to prevent tissue reactions should be discontinued. I totally understand the point of view and fully agreed to explain the reasons for that. However, if equivlant dose discontinue to use in prevent tissure reaction, I am afraid that it would be more difficult to explain the radioactive damage to organs especially after over exposured event.
If there are alternatives or consideration to explain in the draft, I believe it will be better.
Anyway, this will be definitly important work in the field of radiological protection. Thanks all the committee members.

Best Regards
HOU Jie
